It was quite amazing to watch a medical thriller movie having a realistic theme. I read several books with the same theme but few of them were shown thru film. This movie, "Limitless" has a distinct theme. Eddie, a writer who has experience a turmoil in his life finally had a chance to change everything with the help of a "neuron stimulating pill" aka NZT. The pill was like ecstasy... it gives boost to your serotonin and the brain function was extremely great but it was addicting. Of course, heaps of scenes happened in the movie but i was good... really good.
Maybe somewhere, there was already a drug being develop to help the brain function this way as a matter of fact there are memory enhancers that are being sold to the market such as ginko biloba, glutaphos, ginseng and others that helps in memory enhancing. Should there be a pill that function exactly like NZT it will be a great boom in pharmaceutical market.
